What Youll Own Build and execute marketing campaigns across social, email, and paid channels. Create content that educates customers and drives trust: short videos, case studies, landing pages, and social posts. Run fast experiments to improve lead generation and reduce cost per acquisition. Manage our website, optimise conversion paths, and track performance. Develop a consistent brand voice and visual identity as we scale. Collaborate with sales and operations to ensure messaging reflects real installation workflows. Analyse data and report whats working and whats not with clear recommendations. Jump into new projects as needed: events, partnerships, community outreach, or product feedback loops. What You Bring Experience in digital marketing, ideally in solar, home improvement, or a tech-driven environment. Strong copywriting and content creation skills. Comfortable running ads, analysing data, and iterating quickly. A builders mindset resourceful, creative, and unafraid to test new ideas.
