Track Section Planner

Track Section Planner to be based in Perth, Scotland.Read on to find out what you will need to succeed in this position, including skills, qualifications, and experience.The Track Section Planner will use corporate planning processes, systems and databases, undertake the development of detailed, fully resourced and optimised work plans for approval by Section Managers.Key Accountabilities:Plan and optimise all agreed work activities for the section.Accurately update systems, databases and records as required.Produce Safe System of Work plans.Submit green zone access and isolation requests.Produce draft quarterly plans.Manage weekly Plan-Do-Review meetings.Represent Section Managers at planning meetings.Collate and maintain infrastructure maintenance records.Job Skills, Experience and Qualifications:EssentialMust hold 'Safe Systems of work planner' competence with Sentinel numberWork Plan production and resource optimisation skillsKnowledge of access and possession processes and systemsSafe System of Work Planning Process and SystemGood interpersonal, communication and organisational skillsDesirableExperience using Railhub systemExperience using Ellipse databaseWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity in our company.
