Production Manager Food and/or Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Location: Lincolnshire / East Midlands Salary: 37,000 42,000 per annum Contract: Permanent | Full-Time | Monday to Friday (40 hours per week) Are you an experienced Production Manager Food and/or Pharmaceutical Manufacturing in Lincolnshire / East Midlands ? With ongoing investment in our people, processes, and facilities, we are looking for a talented Production Manager Food and/or Pharmaceutical Manufacturing in Lincolnshire / East Midlands to support our growth and deliver best-in-class results. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning and execution of production schedules, ensuring products are manufactured on time, in full, and to specification. Uphold the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, GMP, HACCP, and BRC compliance. Manage, coach, and motivate production teams, creating a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Optimise people, materials, and equipment to maximise efficiency and reduce waste. Promote and enforce a safe working environment, ensuring all food safety and HSE policies are applied. Identify and implement process improvements, embedding lean manufacturing principles. Support the scale-up of new food and/or pharmaceutical products from development to full production. Partner with Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth operations. Track KPIs, maintain accurate production records, and report on performance to senior management. What Were Looking For Proven experience as a Production Manager Food and/or Pharmaceutical Manufacturing in Lincolnshire / East Midlands or similar leadership role within food, pharmaceutical, or FMCG production. Strong knowledge of food safety standards and compliance frameworks (GMP, HACCP, BRC, ISO). Demonstrated success in team leadership and performance management. Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement. ERP system knowledge (TROPOS or similar would be an advantage). Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Desirable Qualifications Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Engineering, or related discipline. HACCP and Food Safety Management certifications.
