Working Hours: Mondays-to-Fridays (0830-1700hrs) Are you an experienced Production Manager with a background in food, pharmaceutical, or FMCG manufacturing? Were expanding our state-of-the-art nutraceutical manufacturing facility and are looking for a skilled Production Manager to help us scale sustainably while maintaining the highest quality standards. The Role As Production Manager, youll play a key part in driving operational performance, ensuring compliance, and leading a team to deliver against ambitious growth targets. Your role will cover: Production Planning & Execution designing and delivering robust schedules to hit OTIF targets Quality & Compliance ensuring GMP, HACCP, BRC, ISO, and regulatory requirements are consistently met Team Leadership coaching, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team of leaders and operatives Resource & Equipment Management optimising people, machinery, and materials to maximise efficiency Health & Safety upholding all HSE, food safety, and environmental standards across operations Process Improvement leading lean initiatives to reduce costs, improve yields, and increase productivity New Product Scale-Up supporting R&D and Engineering in the seamless transition of new products into full-scale manufacture What Were Looking For Proven track record as a Production Manager in food, pharma, or FMCG manufacturing Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, BRC, ISO and other quality frameworks Demonstrated leadership ability with experience managing diverse teams Success in lean manufacturing, process improvement, and KPI delivery ERP systems knowledge (TROPOS experience highly desirable) Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills A proactive, adaptable mindset, thriving in fast-paced, high-growth settings Qualifications (preferred but not essential): Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Engineering, or Quality Management HACCP / FSMS certification Internal auditing, Agile, or Project Management qualifications What Youll Receive Competitive salary with performance-related bonus Company pension and benefits scheme Generous holiday allowance with loyalty increases Career progression and structured development plans Free parking, employee refreshments and discounted products Health and wellbeing initiatives Flexible working (where possible) Regular social events Ready to Lead the Future of Manufacturing?
