You'll play a key role in reducing downtime, supporting planned maintenance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the site. Key Responsibilities Planned & Preventative Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and servicing of equipment, systems, and structures to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance. System Upgrades & Improvements: Identify opportunities to modernise systems, enhance energy efficiency, and implement new technologies to improve operational performance. Fault Finding & Repairs: Quickly diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults to minimise production downtime. Continuous Improvement: Contribute to site improvement projects and support the engineering team in maintaining world-class manufacturing standards. Requirements Electrical qualification equivalent to NVQ Level 3 , City & Guilds , or BTEC Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial maintenance environment Time-served Engineer (Mechanical or Electrical bias) with strong fault-finding skills If you're an experienced Maintenance Engineer looking for a stable, rewarding role within a growing manufacturer we'd love to hear from you!
