This extensive portfolio represents approximately 10% of the total NHS estate. Our properties range from historic listed buildings to state-of-the-art integrated care centres, encompassing hospitals, GP practices, and administrative offices.We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Estates Manager to join our team based in Gainsborough - John Coupland Hospital on a hybrid basis. With a portfolio of 18 properties, including a large hospital, we are looking for an experienced facilities manager who is passionate about the properties they manage. The ideal candidate will have experience in senior FM positions and Asset Management. Healthcare experience is desired but not essential.About the role:Senior Estates Managers play an important role at NHSPS. They are the conduit between senior managers and the colleagues across the business who deliver for our customers and who keep the business running smoothly. Their teams are made up of specialists and team contributors, and typically they are responsible for the delivery of defined elements of the strategy and operating plans.
