You will play a key role in driving productivity, maintaining quality standards and fostering a positive team culture on the shop floor.This role would suit a Senior Mechanical Fitter, Lead Fitter, Production Team Leader, Assembly Supervisor or Workshop Supervisor looking to progress into, or further develop within, a leadership role. xjdpvnf Key Responsibilities:Leading and supervising a team of Mechanical Fitters on the day shiftAllocating workloads in line with production schedulesAssembling mechanical and pneumatic systems from technical drawings and schematicsSupporting testing, fault-finding and system checksEnsuring builds meet quality and safety standardsCoaching and mentoring team members to improve performanceMonitoring productivity and reporting updates to managementPromoting and maintaining high health 'safety standardsWhat Were Looking ForThe successful Mechanical Fitter Team Leader will have:NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)Minimum 3 years post-apprenticeship experienceStrong background in mechanical and pneumatic assemblyAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and schematicsPrevious experience leading, mentoring or supervising a teamStrong organisational and communication skillsA hands-on, supportive leadership styleHours of Work Day ShiftMonday to Thursday: 08:00 16:30Friday: 07:00 12:30Full-time, permanentSite-based in AngleseyWhy Join Joloda Hydraroll?15.06 16.20 per hourCompany pension schemeFree on-site parkingWork for a globally respected British engineering brandIf youre ready to step into a leadership role where you can influence performance, quality and team development, wed love to hear from you
