Reporting into the Foundry Manager, you will lead a small, friendly department in the melting and castings operations within the Foundry.My client is keen to speak to either of the following people: A current Supervisor or Team Leader with a castings background.A member of production with significant castings experience and now ready to take a step up.Regardless of previous expertise, you will possess excellent organisational and time-keeping skills, an eye for detail and be comfortable working in a fast-moving industrial environment.In return, you will receive an annual salary of 32,000- 36,000, dependent on experience, plus an excellent benefits package.You can also enjoy a long weekend, as the company operates on the working hours of Monday-Thursday 6.45am 5pm.My client is easily accessible from Chard, Tatworth, Wambrook, Ilminster and the surrounding areas and the area offers sensibly priced accommodation and a variety of lifestyle options to suite every taste- This would be a perfect opportunity for those living near cities and in search of a rural way of life closer to the beach!
