Job Description IT Logistics Coordinator (6-Month Fixed-Term Contract)Location: Frome (Onsite, Monday to Friday)Salary: 30,000, 6 month FTC (pro rata)Recruit With Purpose are seeking an experienced IT Logistics Coordinator to join a well-established organisation in Frome. This is a fixed-term position to provide essential support within the IT logistics team, ensuring the efficient preparation and deployment of hardware for new starters.Role OverviewReporting to the IT Support Lead, you will work alongside two experienced team members to deliver high-quality hardware configuration and deployment services. The role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow established processes in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and configure laptops, tablets, and mobile devices for deployment.Apply standard operating system images and configurations using Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager).Troubleshoot hardware issues and escalate where necessary.Maintain accurate asset and activity records in ServiceNow.Ensure all equipment is fully tested and ready for end-user use.Candidate ProfileProven experience in IT hardware setup and deployment.Working knowledge of Microsoft Intune.Strong troubleshooting skills and meticulous attention to detail.Ability to work collaboratively within a small team.Previous experience in IT logistics or support is advantageous.Contract DetailsDuration: 6 months (covering sickness, with potential for extension)Interview Process: Initial Teams call followed by onsite interviewStart Date: ImmediateOnsite facilities include a gym and caf, and you will be joining a supportive and professional team environment.Interviews are taking place next week so apply quickly to avoid disappointment.
