Commercial Account ExecutiveMake sure to read the full description below, and please apply immediately if you are confident you meet all the requirements.Food ManufacturingUp to 35k + car allow + bonusOffice based - CheshireAlexander Steele Recruitment are working exclusively with a successful food manufacturing business.About the RoleWith responsibility for a number of key customers, you will be the focal point for managing these relationships on behalf of the business. You will be part of the Sales function and responsible for driving the performance of both private label products and the company's branded portfolio within your customer base. Support will be provided by an experienced in-house team, as well as specialists from across the wider group.Key Customer ResponsibilitiesManage the interface between the business and customers across Buying, NPD, Supply Chain, Finance, and Category teamsEnsure all customer quotations meet company margin requirements and address any cost implications or sensitivitiesIdentify, develop, and manage strong relationships with key accountsPresent, promote, and sell products using clear, compelling commercial arguments to existing and prospective customersDevelop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growthConduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed on industry trendsProvide accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and market intelligence to internal stakeholdersRepresent the business at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings as requiredEnsure timely resolution of customer issues and concerns to maintain high levels of satisfactionYour Role Will InvolveBeing an integral part of the Sales function within the companyDeveloping and deploying effective sales strategies for assigned customersManaging key customer relationships and commercial negotiations across both private label and branded businessDemonstrating a passionate, determined, and commercially driven mindset, balancing strategic thinking with an entrepreneurial, hands-on approachAnalysing market and consumer data to support effective decision-makingInfluencing xjdpvnf and engaging others, taking cross-functional teams with youAdapting communication and leadership style to influence a diverse stakeholder groupBeing open to constructive feedback and actively contributing to capability building, autonomy, and ownership within the teamQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or a related disciplineStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsHighly self-motivated with excellent organisational and time-management abilitiesProficient in Microsoft Office and AI-enabled applicationsWillingness to travel locally and regionally as requiredFull UK driving licence
