Job role: CDP Pay: Up to 13.50 per hour + TRONC (approx 1.75 per hour) Job description: We are looking for an experienced, ambitious and enthusiastic CDP. Youll have high standards and a true passion for great food and people to join our fantastic pub! This could be your first step up from a Commi chef role or your next challenge as a current CDP. Supporting the Head & Sous Chef in the running of the kitchen operations, delivering a consistent high food quality. You will work alongside the kitchen team in the organising, growing and day-to-day operations of your kitchen. Having a real say in the food of which you serve whether that be on the next menu or daily specials boards. Only using the best suppliers in a well-equipped kitchen all alongside a real work life balance!
