If so, this might be the right role for you!We have an opportunity for an experienced Motor Vehicle Technician to lead our new Car Supermarket’s in-house mechanical team in Watford stocking 1,500+ used cars).You will be working in our own state-of-the-art workshop. Your focus is on delivering great results with a quality 'First Time Fix'.*What will I be doing?** Service, diagnose and repair a fleet of mixed vehicles to the highest manufacturer standards* Carry out road tests when required to confirm and diagnose correct operation* Ensure workspace and tools/equipment is maintained to a high standard*What do I need for this role?** Your own tools* 3+ years experience as a vehicle technician* Understand and comply with health and safety standards* A full and valid Driving Licence*It will be a bonus if you had:** MOT Tester qualification* NVQ (or equivalent) in Motor Vehicle Technology Lvl3+*The Package** Pay ranges from £30k–£60k basic, with OTE up to £80k+* Performance bonus*Other Benefits include** Annual holiday - 28 days*Working Hours: (two different shifts available)**Option 1: *Monday to Friday, 3:00pm – 11:30pm (30 minute lunch) - Every other Saturday or Sunday*Option 2:* Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm (30 minute break) - Every other Saturday or SundayOvertime availableIf you're keen to learn more about this opportunity, apply now with your CV.INDHPJob Type: Full-timePay: £30,000.00-£60,000.00 per yearAdditional pay:* Performance bonusBenefits:* Company events* Employee discountSchedule:* 12 hour shift* Night shift* Overtime* Weekend availabilityExperience:* Motor Vehicle Mechanics: 3 years (preferred)Work Location: In person
