Someone with a brilliant eye, a love of interiors and a genuine obsession for beautiful craft.If you live and breathe colour, pattern, photography, storytelling and you can turn a simple brief into something that feels elevated and inspiring… we’d love to meet you.Role DescriptionYou’ll work closely with our Marketing Manager, bringing our brand to life across email, social and printed materials, helping keep our content beautifully organised and always on point.This is a varied role where no two days look the same. One moment you might be creating a stunning mailer, the next you’re capturing behind-the-scenes content on a shoot, pulling together assets for press, or helping plan an upcoming campaign.What You’ll Be DoingCreating inspiring email campaigns / mailers with direction from our Marketing ManagerManaging and maintaining our photo library (we’ve got a lot of beautiful imagery and it needs love!)Responding to press requests quickly and professionally with the right imagery and infoSupporting content creation for our Shopify website (you’ll need to know your way around Shopify confidently)Making and editing Reels (and knowing what works visually + commercially)Capturing content on shoots: video + stills, BTS, styling moments, product detailsHelping create, organise and run photo shoots (planning, lists, props, structure, timing)Producing marketing assets such as postcards, brochures, campaign graphics and digital collateralBeing part of the wider brand world, keeping everything consistent, elevated and beautifully presented.You Might Be Perfect If You…Have a strong aesthetic and a sharp eye for what looks premium, modern and timelessAre obsessed with interiors and have genuine appreciation for craft and block printKnow “who’s who” in the interiors/design world (and love keeping up with it)Are organised, proactive, and calm under pressureAre confident working independently, but love being part of a collaborative teamCan be client-facing when needed, warm, polished and professionalAre happy to stretch beyond the job description sometimes… because we’re a small team and we support each other.The Important BitWe’re not looking for someone who just “posts content.”We’re looking for someone who can help shape and elevate how the world sees our brand, with energy, care and creativity.If you’re excited by the idea of being part of a fast-moving, design-led business where your work genuinely makes an impact, we’d love to hear from you.To ApplyPlease send us:A short intro about yourselfYour CVLinks to your portfolio / Instagram / email examples (anything you’ve created that shows your eye and style)QualificationsStrong Communication and Writing skillsExperience in Web Content Writing and Content Strategy developmentProficiency in Social Media Marketing, with a focus on creating engaging and impactful contentHigh attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to produce quality deliverables within deadlinesStrong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environmentIdeally a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field is preferred
