Job Description Block ManagerLocation: Fleet, HampshireSalary: Up to 50,000Working Pattern: Hybrid, 3 days in the office, 2 days working from homeWe are working with a well established and growing Block Management company based in Fleet who are looking to appoint an experienced Block Manager to join their team.This role offers a balanced portfolio and a supportive working environment, with the flexibility of hybrid working once established in the role.The RoleYou will be responsible for managing a mixed residential portfolio located across Hampshire and West Sussex. The portfolio consists of a variety of developments, including purpose built apartment blocks and residential estates.Working closely with leaseholders, residents, contractors and directors, you will ensure properties are managed to a high standard and in line with all regulatory requirements.Key responsibilities include:Managing a residential portfolio across Hampshire and West SussexPreparing and managing service charge budgetsOverseeing planned maintenance and major works projectsManaging Section 20 consultation processesAttending site visits and resident meetings where requiredLiaising with contractors and monitoring service deliveryEnsuring compliance with health and safety regulationsHandling leaseholder queries and maintaining strong client relationshipsAbout YouPrevious experience in Block Management or residential property managementStrong understanding of service charge budgets and property legislationExperience managing contractors and major works projectsExcellent communication and organisational skillsAbility to manage a portfolio independentlyA professional qualification or working towards one would be advantageous but is not essential.What Is On OfferSalary up to 50,000 depending on experienceHybrid working, 3 days in the office, 2 days from homeSupportive team environmentOpportunity to manage a well structured portfolioLong term career development within a growing businessIf you are an experienced Block Manager looking for a new opportunity in Fleet with flexibility and a well balanced portfolio, we would be pleased to speak in confidence.Please apply with your CV or contact us directly for further information.JBRP1_UKTJ
