The OpportunityWe are looking for an accomplished Sales & Operational Compliance partner to join our team and share our spirit Dare to Innovate. This role will support our Commercial and Project teams across NL & UKThe Role: Sales & Operational ComplianceResponsible for managing the administrative and compliance within the sales and project teams. A strong knowledge of working in a manufacturing setting with a good business acumen. This role steers the processes and ways of working to increase overall efficiency.Location: Fleet, UKHours of Work: 9am 5.30pm 37.5 hours per week. Key ResponsibilitiesCreating project folders and using ERP to ensure correct client and project information.Prepare quotes for PO creationCreate part codes in ERP alongside project managerMonitor order confirmations/client POsCreate order confirmations for client teamsMonitor production ready dates and escalate if neededRequest project deliverablesSupporting project reconciliations and data analysis on costs vs budgetChair weekly status meetingSales administration tasks- Forecasting updates & raising quotesKey Skills and ExperienceMinimum 5 years experience in a similar role, ideally a manufacturing industry with international shipping.High level of initiative and proactivity with the ability to work autonomously and balance multiple projects while meeting quick turn-around deadlines. Proficiency in a second language (ideally Dutch) is highly desirable but not essential.
