Together, we make space for people and businesses to thrive.Location: Europe (Home or Office based)Language: EnglishMain purpose of the position:As a member of the ISS Group Commercial team, the Pricing Director is responsible for developing and executing a winning pricing and commercial strategy for complex multi-country bids.This involves engaging and managing multiple internal and external stakeholders including senior client teams, senior internal stakeholders, country commercial teams and central SME functions to ensure we have a financial proposition that maximises benefits for both ISS and the client.What you'll do:Develop the overall pricing strategy and business cases for international bids and provide financial leadership ensuring growth opportunities are maximisedBusiness Partner with Solutions Directors, country pricing teams and SME teams to develop winning financial propositions, ensuring that all costs, risks, and opportunity elements are appropriately costed, priced and accounted forOwn and manage relevant client relationships and act as a trusted advisor to clientsSupport and lead client negotiations where requiredOwn internal governance elements as required and participate in EGM board sign-offsDrive continuous internal process improvement and look to new ways to improve harnessing of data and drive automationSupport the bid to operations process as requiredUndertake competitor and market researchWho you'll work with:Group Solution Directors and Bid ManagersCountry commercial teamsGroup Finance teamsGlobal Key AccountsVariety of Group SME and stakeholdersKey qualifications:Minimum degree educated preferably in a finance orientated field5-10 years minimum work experience within the Facilities Management industry experience, with deep knowledge of both the market and FM contracting modelsDemonstrated ability to lead financial bidsExcellent financial modelling skills and ability to model P&L and cashflow scenariosKnowledge and experience of working across multiple countriesExcellent English language and communication skills, spoken as well as written.Expert in Excel and Microsoft Office applicationsPersonal skills :Ability to work within a team environment and with a wide range of stakeholdersAbility to communicate complex topics effectively to a wide range of stakeholdersSelf-driven with ability to multi- taskConfident to present in high pressured situationsEnjoy thinking creatively and critical problem solvingAbility to travel periodically to meet with internal and external stakeholdersThe ability to influence without formal authority at the centre of a matrix organisationWhy ISSAt ISS, we are more than just a service provider of cleaning, food, workplace and technical services, we are a partner in our customers' success.
