Collaborate closely with Resourcing, HR, ED&I, Brand, and IT teams to ensure the site reflects culture, values, and strategic goals. Use data and insights to continuously improve candidate engagement and optimise site performance. Write compelling, inclusive, and SEO-optimised content that connects with talent across different hiring levels. Integrate ATS and CMS platforms to streamline the candidate experience and encourage sign-ups to talent communities. Embed multimedia content such as videos, testimonials, and interactive elements to bring the employer brand to life. Ensure full GDPR compliance and best practices for candidate data protection.
