This is more than a quality job; its a chance to shape a quality-led culture across an ambitious, innovative site.Key Responsibilities:Drive quality excellence by supporting the development and ongoing improvement of our Quality Management System.Champion food safety across the siteensuring we go beyond compliance to set the standard.Inspire and guide teams at all levels to foster a proactive food safety culture rooted in accountability and pride.Lead training and coaching initiatives that empower site teams to deliver with confidence and competence.Build relationships with key regulatory bodies, ensuring clear communication and continuous compliance.Support change management by collaborating with site leadership to implement business-critical improvement projects.Oversee robust monitoring systems, ensuring effective control over food safety, process management, GMP, and food handling.What They Are Looking ForSomeone with energy, influence, and a deep understanding of food quality.
