This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in precision work and has hands-on experience with Delapena horizontal and vertical honing machines.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out manual honing operations to strict aerospace standardsOperate and maintain Delapena horizontal and vertical honing equipmentWork to tight tolerances and interpret detailed engineering drawingsPerform in-process inspection using appropriate measuring toolsEnsure all components meet aerospace quality and compliance requirementsMaintain a safe, organised, and efficient working environmentRequirementsProven background as a Manual Honer within the aerospace sectorStrong understanding of precision machining and surface finishingConfident operating Delapena honing machines (horizontal & vertical)High attention to detail and ability to work independently on dayshiftCommitment to quality and consistencyWhats on OfferCompetitive pay rate circa 20 per hour DOEStable dayshift positionOpportunity to join a respected and long-standing aerospace manufacturerJBRP1_UKTJ
