Manual Honer Aerospace Engineering (Dayshift) Location: Ferndown, Dorset Pay: Up to 20 per hour (DOE) A well-established aerospace engineering company based in Ferndown, Dorset is looking for an experienced Manual Honer to join their skilled production team. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in precision work and has hands-on experience with Delapena horizontal and vertical honing machines. Key Responsibilities Carry out manual honing operations to strict aerospace standards Operate and maintain Delapena horizontal and vertical honing equipment Work to tight tolerances and interpret detailed engineering drawings Perform in-process inspection using appropriate measuring tools Ensure all components meet aerospace quality and compliance requirements Maintain a safe, organised, and efficient working environment Requirements Proven background as a Manual Honer within the aerospace sector Strong understanding of precision machining and surface finishing Confident operating Delapena honing machines (horizontal & vertical) High attention to detail and ability to work independently on dayshift Commitment to quality and consistency Whats on Offer Competitive pay rate circa 20 per hour DOE Stable dayshift position Opportunity to join a respected and long-standing aerospace manufacturer TPBN1_UKTJ
