Job Description SK9 areworking with a well-renowned Fermanagh based manufacturing business who are hiring for a new Health & Safety Manager, wholl take the lead on all things safety, health, environment, and quality across multiple sites, based in Enniskillen.This is a high-impact role where youll have real influence shaping culture, driving standards, and making a visible difference across the business.Youll be joining a collaborative, forward-thinking team where your ideas are valued and continuous improvement is genuinely encouraged.What youll be doing:Leading and delivering SHEQ strategy across multi-site operationsEnsuring compliance while going beyond the basics to embed a true safety-first cultureWorking closely with site leadership teams to drive engagement and accountabilityChampioning best practice and identifying opportunities for continuous improvementManaging and maintaining standards, including ISO 45001What were looking for:Proven SHEQ experience within a manufacturing environmentStrong knowledge of health and safety legislation and compliance requirementsExperience working with ISO 45001 systemsA good understanding of environmental and quality standards (advantageous)If you are based within 1 hour of Enniskillen and would like to take on a pivotal role in a busy manufacturing firm, get in touch now!
