Position: Air Export Operator Night Shift (4 on 4 off) Location: Heathrow Salary: 45,000 per annum Are you an experienced Air Export professional looking for a dynamic role with a leading freight forwarder? We are seeking a skilled Air Export Operator to join a well-established forwarder based near Heathrow Airport . This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong experience managing air export shipments from start to finish. The Role: Working on a 4 on / 4 off night shift pattern , you will be responsible for: Managing the full air export process (start to finish) for key accounts Preparing and processing export documentation, including AWBs Handling Customs entries and ensuring compliance with regulations Liaising with airlines, hauliers, and overseas agents to ensure timely shipment Managing time-critical and AOG consignments where required Providing excellent customer service and proactive communication throughout the process What Were Looking For: Proven experience in air export freight forwarding Knowledge of Customs procedures and export documentation Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines Excellent communication and organisational skills Flexible and reliable with a strong attention to detail Whats on Offer: Salary: 45,000 per annum Shift: 4 on / 4 off (nights) Strong team environment and supportive management Opportunities for progression within a successful and growing business If you are ready to take the next step in your air freight career, wed love to hear from you.
