Job DescriptionWere looking for a proactive and detail driven Import Clerk (Night shift) to support a global leader in temperature controlled logistics near Heathrow.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Import Clerk to join a business who continue to grow internationally and offer career development and a supportive team culture.This role is onsite, 4 on 4 off night shift hours are 18.00 - 06.00 and based near HeathrowWhat Youll Do:Oversee and manage all import documentation (airwaybills, permits, customs clearance, etc.)Ensure full compliance with UK customs and CAA regulationsLiaise with internal teams, freight forwarders, customs, and clients to ensure efficient import operationsTrack and monitor shipments, resolving delays or discrepancies swiftlyHandle duties and taxes accurately and ensure on-time paymentsProvide real-time updates and exceptional service to clientsWhat Were Looking For:Previous experience in air import or international logisticsStrong knowledge of customs regulations and documentationExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsAble to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesProficient in logistics systems and general IT toolsReady to take the next step in your logistics career?
