You'll oversee daily operations, ensuring manufacturing processes run smoothly and meet production targets. Taking responsibility for coordinating team activities, providing leadership, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment, you'll enjoy guiding coaching and supporting the team of remanufacturing technicians.Identifying opportunities for Continuous Improvement, using Lean manufacturing principles, you will be comfortable providing reports on production status, taking escalations, and communicating objectives to the team. Ensuring rigorous quality standards are met, you'll provide solutions to issues and implement improvements.
