About the role: As part of the Energy Services Team, theCharle Point Operations Advisor will; - Monitor and maintain customers’ EV charging station network, including identifying, managing and resolving faults, and offboarding charge stations2 - Organise engineer visits to any faults that cannot be resolved remotely whilst keeping the customer informed of progress- Manage a variety of different contracts with a clear understanding of the differences and how to process each account effectively- Respond to customer queries within 24 hours of receipt and manage customer requirements and expectations with all queries being resolved in a timely and professional manner- Establish effective working partnerships with other departments and colleagues to maximise operational performance; challenging the status-quo when necessaryWho we’re looking for: To be successful in this role you’llideally have… - Previous experience working in a customer orientated environment- Knowledge of the Electricity and/or electric vehicle charging industry and the regulatory requirements- The ability to take ownership and challenge where appropriate with a ‘one touch’ pro-active approach working to exceed customer expectations- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a calm and confident telephone mannerRewards and benefits: As you help us to shape the future,we’ve shaped our rewards and benefits to help you thrive andsupport your lifestyle.
