This is a hands-on, analytical role where science meets strategy, and your work directly impacts efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.What You’ll Be DoingConducting non-routine lab analysis of raw, in-process, and finished materialsInterpreting and communicating results to cross-functional teamsSupporting Lean manufacturing initiatives and troubleshooting plant processesPartnering with shift managers to apply tools like DMAIC, RCPS, and Loss & Waste analysisMaintaining and updating SOPs and test methodsPromoting and adhering to high standards of Health & SafetyWhat Success Looks LikeMeasurable improvements in efficiency, cost, and qualityProactive problem-solving and continuous developmentStrong collaboration across on-site and off-site teams What We’re Looking ForDegree in Science, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering (preferred)Experience in Food & Beverage or Food Services industryBackground in QA or lab environmentsStrong analytical skills and attention to detailFamiliarity with GLP, statistical analysis, and quality control chartsKnowledge of Lean Six Sigma, 5S, and other manufacturing excellence toolsEnthusiasm for biotechnology, fermentation, and scienceFull clean driving licensePersonal TraitsResults-driven with a “can-do” attitudeSelf-starter with resilience and flexibilityCommitted to safety, change, and continuous improvementAt polkadotfrog, we are dedicated to ensuring both client and candidate satisfaction.
