Warehouse Administrator

Job description: EM Recruitment Northampton is currently recruiting for Warehouse Administrator to join our team(s) based in Felixstowe, IP11. Responsibilities Ensuring that all daily admin tasks are completed in a timely and accurate fashion Assisting with customer service queries via email or telephone Liaising with the transport team to arrange collection or delivery of goods Daily routing of orders using the transport management system Allocating and releasing orders Physically counting and investigating stock queries Essential Skills and Experience Effective communication skills both written and verbal Ability to understand computerised Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Excellent communication skills, with the ability to talk to external and internal clients Confident in using MS Office, (Excel and Word) Experience working within an office environment An understanding of Warehousing and Supply Chain Logistics Driven and self-motivated Good time management skills Able to work to deadlines and meet targets Team Player Benefits Uniserve is the UKs largest independent Global Logistics, Trade Management and Technology Group.
