Project Coordinator (Building Surveying Team)Do you have the right skills and experience for this role Read on to find out, and make your application.Faversham, Kent Full-time Office-based25,000 - 30,000 (with scope for adjustment depending on experience)About the RoleConsult Construct Limited is looking for a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of projects within a construction and building surveying environment.Working closely with our experienced team of Building Surveyors and reporting into the Technical Director, you'll play a key role in keeping projects organised, on track, and running smoothly.This is not just an administrative role - it requires organisation, initiative, and growing commercial awareness.Key ResponsibilitiesSupporting the coordination and delivery of multiple projectsManaging project documentation, trackers, and timelinesSupporting tenders and fee proposals, ensuring accuracy and timely submissionLiaising with internal teams, clients, and stakeholdersSupporting WIP reporting and project financial trackingSupporting invoicing, including confidently following up with SurveyorsOrganising meetings and maintaining clear communication across projectsWorking with the Admin team to ensure continuity and coverageIdentifying risks or delays and helping keep projects on trackAbout YouExperience in a coordination, project support, or similar roleIdeally experience within construction or building surveyingStrong organisational skills and attention to detailConfident communicator, comfortable following up with colleaguesProactive, solutions-focused, and able to manage multiple prioritiesAble to think ahead and anticipate what's needed to keep projects movingGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) and CRM systemsExposure to WIP, invoicing, tenders or fee proposals is advantageousWhat You'll GainExposure to a professional construction environmentOpportunity to develop commercial awareness and project experienceA varied role where no two days are the sameThe chance to grow into a broader project or operational role over timeYou'll start with an initial training period with our Admin team before becoming embedded within the Building Surveying team, where you'll help shape how the role develops.LocationThis is a full-time, office-based role in Faversham, Kent.The office is located outside the town centre.
