Paralegal - Wills & Inheritance Location: Wokingham or Farnham Job Type: Full-time Salary: 26,000 - 30,000 (DOE) We are seeking a Paralegal to join our Wills and Inheritance Team in Farnham. Day-to-day of the role: Assist solicitors in managing caseloads of private client files, including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Inheritance Tax Planning, and elderly client matters. Help prepare legal documents and correspondence related to case preparation and management. Conduct legal research and provide support on complex cases. Maintain and organise client files to ensure they are updated and managed efficiently. Participate in client meetings and help in preparing meeting summaries. Contribute to the teams business development and networking efforts to enhance the firms profile. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience as a paralegal, preferably in private client or similar practice areas. Strong understanding of Wills and Inheritance law is advantageous. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Ability to work effectively within a team and support complex legal tasks.
