Our mission is to be the focal point for Dassault Business Jet support in the region, delivering high standards of service in full compliance with CAMO and EASA Part 145 requirements.Your RoleReporting to the Line Station Manager, the Technical Services Coordinator plays a key role in coordinating maintenance documentation, work packages, and customer communication for aircraft under DABS care. You ensure accurate, timely, and professional coordination from maintenance input to aircraft release.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and prepare aircraft maintenance work packages and related documentation.Act as the main point of contact for customer maintenance requests and operational updates.Ensure compliance with CAMO and EASA Part 145 standards.Manage daily operational reports and shift handovers.Coordinate APO processes, approvals, and customer payments prior to aircraft release.Use Quantum to open, manage, and close work packages, parts orders, and subcontracted services.Coordinate logistics activities, including parts, tooling, and documentation flows with Lisbon teams.Your ProfileDegree in Aeronautical Engineering or Aircraft Maintenance, or equivalent experience.Minimum 3 years’ experience in an aircraft maintenance environment.Strong organisational, communication, and customer-facing skills.Technically minded, autonomous, and able to work under pressure.Fluent English required; additional languages are an asset.Why Join Us?Work in a high-standard business aviation environment.Join a recognised Dassault Aviation support organisation.Be part of an international, collaborative team.Central operational role with real customer impact.Interested?Apply via our website and join Dassault Aviation Business Services Farnborough.
