Mazak CNC Machinist - Programmer/Setter/Operator Farnborough, Hampshire 12-Month Contract (Highly Likely Extension) 22.50/hr PAYE (25.77/hr incl. holiday) | 30.80/hr Umbrella Inside IR35 We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mazak CNC Machinist to join a well-established aerospace engineering company based in Farnborough . This is a long-term contract opportunity with strong prospects for extension-the current contractor has been on site for nearly two years. The Role: You will be responsible for the programming, setting, and operating of Mazak CNC machines , producing high-precision components for the aerospace sector. Initial shift pattern: Day shift - 7:30am to 4:00pm (1:00pm finish on Fridays) Future shift pattern: Alternating double shifts Week 1: 6:00am - 2:00pm Week 2: 2:00pm - 10:00pm Opportunity to receive training on Sliding Head machines The Company: You'll be working for a leading manufacturer of aerospace sensor systems , producing components used in landing gear, lighting, temperature sensing , and other critical aircraft systems. The site is modern, well-organised, and known for long-term contractor retention.
