We are seeking an experienced Corporate Fee Earner (2-4 Years PQE) to join our dynamic team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel in handling complex corporate transactions, we want to hear from you! You will be advising on a broad range of corporate matters including share sales and purchases, corporate restructurings, company option schemes, and shareholders’ agreements. You’ll also benefit from the opportunity to work with a strong and growing client base, with particular exposure to the financial services and accountancy sector, where we have built deep relationships and sector-specific expertise. Key Responsibilities: Play a key role in mergers and acquisitions, working alongside partners and senior solicitors, and leading on transactions where appropriate. Support asset purchase and sale transactions by drafting ancillary documents and facilitating progress throughout the deal lifecycle. Assist with business disposals by completing due diligence responses and preparing supporting documentation. Conduct and oversee comprehensive legal due diligence processes. Draft and review share purchase agreements, disclosure letters, and related documents. Handle completion and post-completion matters. Advise on shareholder arrangements, company reorganisations, and employee share schemes. What We’re Looking For: Strong technical drafting skills with exceptional attention to detail. Proven experience in corporate and commercial law. Familiarity with corporate matters in the financial services and accountancy sectors is highly desirable.
