Account ManagerIf you are interested in applying for this job, please make sure you meet the following requirements as listed below.Job Location: Fareham, HampshireJob Type: PermanentSalary: 43,000 - 45,000 per annum + quarterly bonus and excellent benefitsHours: 37 hours,Monday Thursday 8am 4.30pm & Friday 8.00am 13.00pmBenefits: 33 days holiday, enhanced pension, company bonus, life and health insurance, opportunities for further personal & professional development / training, employee perks program, subsidised on site canteenAn excellent opportunity has arisen to join a world-renowned company within the Customer Delivery Team as an Account Manager.Founded over 100 years ago, the company has an excellent reputation for the design & manufacture of aerospace components and parts.As an Account Manager working within a busy team, you will be working with a portfolio of prestigious key accounts managing and delivering the customer order book, updating customers of progress, delivery timescales, any issues that have arose and working with them to look at their business demands and how the company can help fulfil those requirements.Due to having customers worldwide, there will be the need for occasional travel to visit those customers.Key duties will include;Proactively pursuing new bids and business opportunitiesManaging and delivering customer order booksOverseeing sales order processing and purchase order reviewsAssisting with customer enquiries including updates on order progress, product information, lead times, costs and deliveriesBuilding relationships with key accounts to manage expectations, find out any future requirements, via phone, teams or face to faceEnsuring compliance to regulatory standards and liaising with export trade compliance teamLiaising with various departments around the business including production and despatchThe successful applicant will have;Previous Account Management experience.Knowledge of either manufacturing, engineering or aerospace sectors would be advantageousB2B experience working with large high-value accountsA natural ability to build rapport and provide excellent customer service.Excellent organisational, multitasking and prioritising skills.Good IT skills, experience with Microsoft programmes including Excel, Word and Outlook.For more information on these positions, please call our recruitment team directly on 01202 686000 or by emailing your CV.Those who have the right skills and experience, our aim is that you will hear back from us within 24 hours but due to the high number of applications we are receiving at present, we are unable to respond to every application individually so If you do not hear from us within 3 days, please assume that your application at this stage has not been successful.
