Junior Manufacturing Engineer / Manufacturing EngineerReady to make your application Please do read through the description at least once before clicking on Apply.We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Junior Manufacturing Engineer / Manufacturing Engineer to join a leading engineering company in Fareham.IntroductionThe primary role of the Junior Manufacturing Engineer/ Manufacturing Engineerwill be tosupportthe introduction of new products, processes and equipment intothe manufacturing teams.ResponsibilitiesWorking with Product Engineering to manage the production process for manufacturing from initial feasibility and planning to introduction to productionPlanning and implementation of safe and efficient production systems, processes, equipment and facilities to make products which are error free and meet their design specificationCapacity planning of manufacturing resources to ensure the manufacturing function capability is aligned to the business requirementsCost planning, analysis and reportingUseLEAN and Continuous Improvement to optimise efficiencyWork closely with various teams across the site to corporate strong collaborative links to synchronisetargets and provide effective team workingIdeal SkillsThe ideal candidate will have had someexperience in working closely with product design,quality engineers and production teams.Degree or HNC ina related mechanical disciplineEither recently graduated or have some Manufacturing Engineering experience, ideally with a successful track record of planning and implementing new equipment and processes.Good computer literacy, ideally have experience or knowledge of MS Office, Teams and Excel, any experience also with SAP, Sharepoint or PowerBI would be advantageousLean and or Continuous Improvement experience / knowledgeComposites experience would be an advantageHoursMonday to FridayDays, 40 hours per week.BenefitsCompany Bonus and a selection of fantastic benefits including Private Medical Care and anenhanced Pension contributionSalary35,000 per annumIf this could be of interest, please apply and we will be in contact shortly.TPBN1_UKTJ
