To assist a team of Customer Account Reps with their day to day administration.2. To be on hand to help other departmental teams if requiredKey duties: Order entry onto MAXScanning documents and filing as appropriateRaising repair and spare quotes as and when requiredCommunicate current workload to your manager on a daily basisOrganise and prioritise own workload, emails and meetings efficientlyGeneral support to the team as requestedProven Experience and understanding of working with SAP systemsSkills/ RequirementsPrior Administration backgroundCustomer Services experienceHandling of Sales Orders / Purchase Orders is essential for this positionCollate Bids to aid further businessMS OfficeExperience with SAP is desirable, but not essential
