Job Title: Dispatch Coordinator Location: Fareham Pay: 13.50 per hour (PAYE) or 18.01 per hour (Umbrella) Hours: MondayThursday: 7:30am4:00pm. Friday: 7:00am12:00pm Role Overview of the Dispatch Coordinator We are seeking a highly organised Dispatch Coordinator. In this role, you will ensure that products manufactured and shipped by the company arrive at our customers on time and in perfect condition. Key Responsibilities Manage and prioritise daily dispatch operations to meet shipping deadlines Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product availability Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documentation and MRP records Arrange UK and international shipments, including courier bookings and local deliveries Monitor packaging materials and consumables, obtaining quotes when needed Resolve customs/export issues and maintain high standards in the dispatch area Experience Required Previous experience in a dispatch environment Familiarity with work orders, sales orders, and MRP systems Experience raising shipping documents Key Skills Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Good IT skills (Excel, Word, MRP systems) Ability to work independently and under pressure Excellent communication skills Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities If you would like to know more about this role, please get in touch with Alessandra at Orion Electrotech Due to the volume of applications, if you do not hear back within 5 working days, please assume your application has been unsuccessful.
