As standard all their consultants have full LinkedIn licences, the latest laptop, tablet, and headset. They also invest heavily in data software and lead generation tools to make the dullest parts recruitment quick to navigate. You’ll have access to their training and mentoring programme which is offered by a highly rated third-party supplier. The role: You’ll be the lead figure on the Sales and Marketing desk, and responsible for all client relationships on a national basis. Developing new relationships and networking with owner managed businesses and Sales Director, recruiting into their teams for positions such as Account Managers, Sales Reps, Business Development Managers and Customer Service Advisors. This desk is currently being managed by another team, and it has 5 live client accounts. The position has tangible growth and could quickly develop into Principle/Managing within 12-18months.
