Trades Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description We are recruiting an experienced Supervisor to join a busy maintenance team delivering reactive repairs and planned works across residential properties.This role will oversee day-to-day responsive maintenance, void properties, and larger planned works, ensuring the right work is delivered at the right time and to the highest quality and safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and support operatives across reactive and planned worksSupervise voids, kitchens, bathrooms, and maintenance projectsAudit quality, safety, and performance on siteSurvey, scope, and price works using Schedule of RatesHandle escalations, technical queries, and serious incidentsSupport recruitment, inductions, performance management, and investigationsPromote and enforce Health & Safety complianceParticipate in out-of-hours escalation when requiredRequirementsMinimum 5 years experience in building maintenance (multi-trade environment)Experience managing responsive repairs and planned worksNVQ (or equivalent) in a relevant tradeStrong technical knowledge across maintenance disciplinesIT proficient (MS Office and job management systems)Full UK Driving LicenceDBS check required prior to startSSSTS & Scaffold Inspector (desirable)This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Supervisor looking for a permanent role with progression and long-term stability.
