The Role Take full technical and commercial responsibility for electrical building services projects from concept to completion. Lead multidisciplinary design teams and maintain close client relationships throughout project delivery. Mentor and develop junior and intermediate engineers, promoting best practice and professional development. Contribute to business development, including preparing fee proposals, attending client meetings, and supporting new opportunities. Provide input on strategic growth, design standards, and innovation across the practice. About You Degree or HND in Building Services or Electrical Engineering. Significant experience in a consultancy environment with a proven track record in leading electrical design projects. Chartered Engineer (CEng) or actively working towards Chartership (CIBSE or IET). Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills. A practical, solutions-focused approach with a passion for quality design and sustainable engineering.
