We deliver reliable, high-quality, and sustainable solutions for both public and private sector clients. We are seeking a Junior M&E Estimator to join our growing Capital Projects team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with basic estimating experience or an engineering/M&E background who is eager to develop professionally. Youll assist in preparing cost estimates for Mechanical, Electrical, and HVAC projects ranging from 25,000 to 1.5 million, supporting clients on their decarbonisation and sustainability journeys. Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparing cost estimates and competitive tenders using estimating software (training provided). Review tender documentation and identify discrepancies under guidance. Obtain supplier and subcontractor quotations. Support site surveys, client meetings, and tender interviews. Help maintain accurate cost databases and collaborate with internal teams Essential Qualifications & Skills: Some experience or knowledge in M&E or HVAC (e.g., engineering background or junior estimating experience). Ability to read or willingness to learn technical drawings. Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong organisational and communication skills Full UK driving licence Desirable Experience with estimating software (e.g., Contract Master or Ensign). Understanding of tendering/commercial processes. Relevant qualifications in mechanical/electrical engineering or construction.
