Credit Controller

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Credit Controller to join a fast-growing, global Finance team based near Fareham. This is a standalone role within a 50m turnover business, offering an excellent opportunity for someone with up to two years experience to take ownership of the credit control function in a fast-paced, international environment. You will be responsible for managing and chasing payments from a diverse customer base across Europe and Asia, while working closely with colleagues as part of a wider global finance function. What youll be doing Take full ownership of the credit control process in a standalone role for a 50m turnover business Proactively chase outstanding payments from customers across Europe and Asia using phone, email and written communication Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely collection of receivables and healthy cash flow Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activity and customer interactions Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and customer disputes efficiently and professionally Collaborate with internal and international finance teams to support the resolution of outstanding issues Prepare regular reports on account status, debtor performance and collection activity Escalate high-risk or problematic accounts in line with company policies and procedures What were looking for Experience in credit control, collections or a similar finance role Confident communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to deal professionally with international customers A high level of accuracy and strong attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office (experience with Salesforce is an advantage) The ability to work independently, take ownership of your workload and thrive in a fast-paced environment Benefits and Hours 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Company Pension Scheme and Life Assurance Private Healthcare and Electrical Car Scheme 37.5 hour week 4 days on site and 1 from home TPBN1_UKTJ
