Dispute Resolution Solicitor

Duties will include: Managing own caseload of wide range of dispute resolution matters. Managing most of the procedure from instruction through to settlement. Providing a responsive service, giving clear and concise legal advice. Attend to clients of the firm on a regular basis. Maintaining continuing professional development requirements and taking an active interest in furthering knowledge within litigation. The successful candidate will: A qualified Solicitor 3 years+ PQE. Have a very high level of technical competence when drafting documentation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team. What they offer: Salary dependent on experience 50,000 - 64,000 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and office closure during the week of Christmas.
