If you don’t meet every point but believe you have the skills to succeed, we encourage you to apply.Deliver exceptional customer service at all timesAnswer calls – first time resolution where possibleShould be able to confidently answer and resolve: fob requests, statement requests, access details, account balance queries, locate contracts, bank details, direct to correct department, portal access, provide maintenance updatesManage and respond to estate inbox / customer service queue in DwellantManage voicemail inboxChase open maintenance jobs with the relevant contractorIssue letters via email and postDeal with returned postRaise PO’s where necessaryAssist with the general running of the department as instructed by the Senior PA’sConfidently carry out the above, and in addition: Answer overflow calls – first time resolution where possibleWork alongside and have regular meetings with the Property Manager responsible for their portfolioWork with Property Manager to resolve and respond to complex queries on their portfolioSite inspection actionsEnsure contracts are in place – find tenders, new contractors (what documents they need to provide)Raise quote requests on Dwellant and chase responsesEnsure Dwellant up to date – documents uploaded (insurance certificate etc)Check OOH reports for their sites and raise PO’sBreach of lease letters and processRespond to incoming calls and emails quickly (inside SLA) and ensure regular feedback of outstanding issues is providedKnowledge of Service ChargesDealing with Insurance ClaimsWhat You Need to SucceedBe able showcase your administrative skills, your customer service excellence and your ability to create a strong rapport and lasting connections with our residents and clientsHave experience handling high volumes of customer emails, inbound and outbound callsWhy Join Us?Time to Recharge: 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidaysFuture Security: Enhanced pension scheme based on roleExtra Holiday: Your holiday allowance grows with your length of service—because loyalty deserves rewardsSick Pay Boost: Company sick pay increases over time to support your wellbeing when you need it mostLearning & Development: Study support and access to our dedicated academy to help you grow professionally and personallyMental Health Support: 24/7 mental health servicesBirthday Bonus: Enjoy an extra day off on your birthday to celebrate your wayGiving Back: One volunteer day annually to support a charity or cause close to your heartReward Platform: Monthly perks how you likeAt Centrick, diversity and inclusivity are fundamental to who we are.
