We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our clients busy team in Fareham.About the RoleAs a Paralegal, you will work closely with experienced Solicitors, providing vital support across a diverse caseload of matters.ResponsibilitiesWill DraftingRunning client meetings and consultations.Drafting legal documents such as contracts, briefs, agreements, and other legal correspondence.Case Management: Help manage cases by organising files, maintaining documents, scheduling meetings and appointments, and ensuring deadlines are met.Client Communication: Communicate with clients and other parties to gather information, provide updates on case progress and assist in coordinating meetings.Document Review: Review and analyse documents and contracts.Legal Administration: Handle a range of administrative tasks such as billing, timekeeping, maintaining databases, and managing office operations related to legal matters.QualificationsThis role would suit an unqualified candidate with fee earning experience or alternatively a candidate keen to further their responsibilities and gain exposure with client contact.Required SkillsPrevious experience in a private client legal role.Strong client care skills and a dedication to delivering excellent service.Exceptional organisational abilities and the ability to work well within a team.Proficiency in modern IT systems, audio and copy typing, and diary management.Pay range and compensation packageOur client offers a competitive salary of 26,500-30,000 with an attractive benefits package.Equal Opportunity StatementApply now for immediate consideration or alternatively contact [email protected] for further information.
