Location : LocationUK-FalmouthOverviewCRM The Quarry10-12 hours per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday - flexibility offered)£13 per hour Central FalmouthWe are one of the market leaders in student accommodation and we’re looking for a friendly and reliable House Keeper to join our residence team in our state-of-the art student accommodation in the heart of Falmouth.You’ll be responsible for keeping communal areas and rooms clean and tidy and deep cleaning vacated rooms & kitchens where required between tenancies. Excellent attention to detail is needed to ensure everything is highly presentable and in tip top condition for the students that live with us.ResponsibilitiesAlong with the day to day activities within your role, you will also be required to manage your health and safety responsibilities as set out in Section 7 of the Health and Safety at Work Etc. Act 1974, where it states that you have a duty to take care of yourself and those around you, by your acts or omissions and to cooperate with your employer on health and safety matters.QualificationsExperience within a similar role where cleaning and safety is a priorityEye for attention & detailFriendly and approachableCan-do attitude & initiativeAble to communicate effectively with peopleResponsive to any queriesWillingness to go the extra mileAnd the benefits?
