Building a diverse and balanced team who feel supported and fulfilled in their roles is an essential part of our culture and also key to our future development.If you aspire to go above and beyond expectations and are ready to start owning real engineering problems, we would like to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities will be over a diverse range of technical and operational areas, some typical examples of which are shown below:Lead the design and delivery of offshore construction and installation projectsDevelop innovative engineering solutions for complex marine environmentsDesign and analyse mooring, anchoring, and structural systems for offshore assetsProduce high-quality 2D and 3D CAD drawings, calculations, and simulationsTake ownership of technical deliverables from concept through to executionSupport marine operations planning, risk assessment, and offshore campaignsApply engineering expertise to solve real-world technical challengesPrepare clear, robust technical documentation for clients and stakeholdersMaintain exceptional standards of quality, safety, and complianceContribute to continuous improvement within a growing engineering consultancyBuild hands-on experience through port and offshore project involvementAct as offshore engineering support or supervisor when requiredQualificationsApplicants with a degree in naval architecture or marine engineering are strongly encouraged to apply.
