Service Leader (Level 2) Falkirk - 30,902.00 We currently have a rare and exciting opportunity for a caring, compassionate Service Leader (Level 2) to join our experienced management team in Forth Valley. As a Service Leader, you will manage and lead a team of around 20 Support Workers working across 3 sites in the Falkirk/Alloa area to support 5 individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Physical Disabilities and Mental Health,to live the lifestyle of their choice while living in their own homes and accessing the local communities. Previous experience of working with this client group and in an independent living setting are both essential, as is experience of working with teams across multiple sites. You will be responsible for the overall supervision, quality assurance, monitoring, regulatory requirements, and day-to-day management of colleagues working within your team, therefore experience of leading and managing a team is required. Please note -at present having a Full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential.
