Admin Assistant (Payroll)Please read the following job description thoroughly to ensure you are the right fit for this role before applying.Permanent - 37.5 hours per week, Monday to FridayOffice Based in Lytham St Annes25,000 - 26,000 per annum, depending on experienceWe are now seeking a proactive Admin Assistant to join our busy Payroll & Benefits Team. This is the perfect role for someone who enjoys assisting with processing payroll, compliance and analysis.Main ResponsibilitiesAssisting with payroll processing for over 1000 colleagues ensuring full compliance and accuracyEnsuring correct and well thought out decisions are being made where necessaryInvolvement in reporting and analysis including National Living WageRecording of absence and associated calculations including statutory payments and Bradford Factor (holidays, sickness, maternity, paternity)Timesheet calculationsAttachment of earningsAssisting in reviewing payroll emails and carrying out actions as necessaryAdministration of employee benefits ie pensionsBe a trusted point of contact and a go-to for payroll queries for your colleagues across the business and internal/external stakeholdersGeneral ad hoc duties to support the Payroll & Benefits department.About BeaverbrooksEstablished in 1919, we have 80 locations across the UK.
