I'm working with a much-loved village pub with a strong reputation for serving high-standard, freshly prepared food using local ingredients honest, quality pub dining (not gastro, just done well!). After a recent refresh and steady growth post-Covid, they are looking to expand their small, dedicated team. With an experienced Head Chef already in place, were now recruiting for two key roles to help us grow into the next chapter: Second Chef Youll work closely with our Head Chef in a friendly, supportive kitchen that values fresh ingredients, teamwork, and consistency. This is a great opportunity for a capable cook or junior chef looking to develop their skills and grow with the business. Were looking for someone who: Has experience in a fresh food kitchen Takes pride in local produce and presentation Is reliable, organised, and eager to learn Restaurant Manager Youll lead the front-of-house team, ensuring every guest enjoys a warm, relaxed, high-quality experience. Working closely with the kitchen and owners, youll help shape how the pub grows and thrives.
