We’re proud to be the change in an industry that affects millions, and we’ve only just got started.The RoleWe’re hiring a Senior Product Delivery Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery of our product work. This is a hands-on role that combines coordination, planning and team alignment to keep us moving fast and delivering high-quality outcomes. You’ll be the bridge across tech, data, GIS, sales, design and marketing, making sure the right things get delivered at the right time, and in the right way.You’ll report to our co-founder CPTO and work closely with our co-founder CEO, engineers, analysts and designers. You’ll help shape how we work, not just what we build.This is our first senior product hire, so you’ll have real ownership and the chance to lay the foundations for how we deliver product as we scale. Immediately followed by 15 minutes to reflection. Structured interview: 45 minute two-way discussion with our Founder CEO, CCO and our only existing product delivery manager in Martello.
